Whether you engage us via online forms, scope estimators, or formal client contracts, we respect your privacy rights and are committed to safeguarding all communications, codebase repositories, API keys, and proprietary data shared with our studio engineers.
02.Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
When filling out contact forms, discovery questionnaires, project scope estimators, or communicating via email/phone, we collect details such as your name, work email address, phone number, company name, target budget, project specifications, and any attached briefs or technical documentation.
B. Client Work & Project Repository Data
During active client engagements, we process source code, architectural blueprints, database schemas, and credentials provided directly for development. All such data is maintained under strict confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and dedicated workspace environments.

We adhere strictly to a 100% Client IP Ownership model. Any software, custom tools, AI prompt pipelines, design systems, or creative copy produced by Swedana specifically for a client belong entirely to the client upon full payment of agreed fees.
Swedana does not retain ownership rights over your custom codebase, nor do we utilize client-proprietary code or confidential dataset assets to train open-ended public models or serve competing clients.
05.Data Storage, Security & Retention
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) for all digital storage and communication. Client project repositories and staging environments reside within secure enterprise cloud accounts with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and granular role-based access.
We retain personal contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill project requirements, fulfill accounting obligations, or maintain active client relationships. Inactive proposal data or draft scope requests may be securely purged after 24 months upon request.
